What You Need to Succeed

  • Maryland Licensure (Required): LMSW, LGPC, LCPC, or LCSW-C
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Strong clinical, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation for community-based visits (if applicable)
