[Remote] Implementation/Onboarding Specialist – AI SaaS Startup – Benefits Platform, Employee Benefits Technology – FULLY REMOTE (US)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Areti Group is a high-growth AI SaaS company focused on building a category-defining platform for global organizations. They are seeking an Implementation/Onboarding Specialist to guide customers through onboarding, configure the platform, and ensure successful client launches in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Leading onboarding kick-off calls
- Aligning on goals, timelines, and success metrics
- Managing onboarding plans and milestones
- Coordinating data and system configuration
- Managing stakeholders across multiple teams
- Driving customers through to successful go-live
- Collaborating with Sales & CX teams during client handover
- Working with Product & Engineering on configuration or technical requirements
- Coordinating with Operations teams ahead of launch
- Delivering product training for customer teams
- Creating onboarding documentation and materials
- Supporting adoption of new workflows
- Helping customers get value from day one
- Tracking and improving time-to-launch
- Improving onboarding experience
- Enhancing customer satisfaction
- Identifying risks and ensuring projects stay on track
Skills
- 3–5+ years experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or project delivery
- Experience working with international customers
- Experience in SaaS environments
- Experience in Benefits is a must - Flexible Benefits, Benefits Platform, Employee Benefits Technology, Total Reward, Benefits Administration, HR Tech / Reward Tech, Benefits Implementation
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Experience delivering virtual training sessions
- Strong communication with senior stakeholders
- Highly organised

- Comfortable managing complexity
- Confident in client-facing situations
- Energised by fast-moving environments
- Enterprise client onboarding
- Experience in global platforms or complex SaaS products
