Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and services. You'll be responsible for designing and executing quality assurance plans, conducting testing and inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Key Responsibilities

* Design and execute quality assurance plans to ensure the quality and integrity of arenaflex products and services

  • Conduct testing and inspections to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality departments, to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain quality records, including test plans, test reports, and quality metrics
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality procedures and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and implement changes as necessary
  • Participate in process improvements and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, testing, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of quality principles, including ISO 9001 and AS9100
  • Experience with quality management systems, including design control, document control, and calibration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality assurance

  • Certification in quality assurance, such as CQA or CQE
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with quality management software, including QMS and ERP systems
