Key Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, using a guide to navigate calls in the client's preferred language
  • Following up on customer inquiries, documenting information in our database, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
  • Offering additional products and services to customers
  • Providing expert customer experiences with a smile

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • 1 year of experience in customer service
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • A reliable computer and internet connection (high-speed internet is required, not Wi-Fi or satellite)
  • A smartphone for testing purposes

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
