What You'll Do in This Role

As a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be the face and voice of some of the world's most beloved brands. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer support through incoming and outgoing phone calls, as well as digital communication channels.   • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions to common problems customers encounter with their devices and services
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our database systems, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution tracking
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge across a wide range of consumer electronics including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearable devices
