This role is instrumental in driving online sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement through strategic social media campaigns and growth hacking initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful e-commerce marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics. Responsibilities include managing all social media channels, creating compelling content, planning and executing paid social advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will also be responsible for optimizing website conversion rates, implementing email marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. This position requires a proactive, analytical mindset, exceptional creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. You will leverage cutting-edge marketing technologies and stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and e-commerce. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of translating market insights into actionable growth plans. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies focusing on social media and growth. Manage and grow the company's presence across key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Create engaging and high-converting content, including visuals, videos, and copy. Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns. Analyze marketing campaign performance, website analytics, and social media metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Drive traffic to the e-commerce website and improve conversion rates. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automation workflows. Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Manage the marketing budget and track ROI for all campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on social media and growth strategies. Proven success in managing and growing social media communities and driving online sales. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and advertising platforms. Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
