Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Sachsen region for the Orthopaedic Instruments division. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the medical industry. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and institutions to showcase the benefits of our innovative orthopaedic instruments. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to inform strategic sales approach. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote and represent the company and its products. Provide feedback from customers to inform product enhancements and improvements. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study.
