Job Title: Part-Time Sales Closer (Remote) – Luxury Photography Studio Company: Fem Boudoir Pay: $25/hour + performance bonuses About Us: Fem Boudoir is a luxury boudoir photography studio based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We specialize in empowering women through a high-end, confidence-building experience—from professional hair & makeup to guided photoshoots and same-day image reveals. We’re growing quickly and looking for a strong phone sales closer who knows how to connect, build trust, and confidently guide clients to book. Role Overview: This is a remote (work-from-home) position focused on phone consultations + closing bookings with warm leads (no cold calling). You’ll be speaking with women who have already inquired or applied—your job is to:
- Build connection
- Understand their “why”
- Guide them into booking their session
- Close confidently on the call
Schedule:
- Part-time
- Some weekdays + Saturdays required
- Flexible hours, but must be available during peak booking times
Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone consultations with warm leads
- Follow a proven sales structure + script
- Handle objections and guide clients to a decision
- Book clients directly on the call
- Follow up with leads via text/email when needed
- Maintain organized notes in CRM
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong sales/closing experience (REQUIRED)
- Confident on the phone (not shy, not passive)
- Able to build emotional connection quickly
- Comfortable talking about confidence, body image, and empowerment
- Results-driven (you care about closing, not just chatting)
- Reliable, responsive, and self-managed
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in high-ticket sales ($1K–$5K+)
- Background in coaching, fitness, beauty, or luxury services
- Familiarity with CRM systems
Compensation:
- $25/hour
- Performance bonuses based on bookings/closures
