What to Expect

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve inquiries and provide empathetic support
  • De-escalating issues and escalating them when necessary to ensure timely resolutions

What We Require
