Job Description Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients, while maintaining positive patient relations. Your primary duties will include:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide service to patients in a professional manner

• Provide excellent, concise communication
• Learn and understand ETM software operation
• Learn and understand billing and account operations
• Answer and document all telephone inquiries
• Research and resolve problems with patients' bills
• Update patients' insurance coverage as needed
• Print courtesy claims and itemized statements
• Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information
• Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plan as needed
• Perform other duties and assignments as requested

Qualifications and Experience:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
• Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
