About the Role
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our data-driven decision making efforts. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data pipelines, tools, and models that help us better understand our users, their behavior, and their preferences. You'll also collaborate with our data engineering team to build scalable and efficient data infrastructure, and work with our product teams to develop data-driven products and features.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines, tools, and models to support data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data solutions
- Work with data engineering team to build scalable and efficient data infrastructure
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business decision making
- Collaborate with product teams to develop data-driven products and features
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and engineering
- Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git

Compensation
* Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
- Bonus: Eligible for bonus based on performance and company goals
- Stock options: Eligible for stock options based on performance and company goals
