Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Entry Technician to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Technician, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence. Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests
  • Check work process reports to ensure required data is available
  • Request any missing documentation on a case-by-case basis
  • Output, print, and list reports
  • Plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
  • Keep up-to-date departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases
  • Monitor supply stock or arrange supplies as needed
  • Assist other staff members in related tasks on a case-by-case basis

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
  • No prior work experience is required, but relevant skills and training are an asset
  • Standard office equipment and software
