The Role

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be an essential part of our customer support team, providing assistance to customers from around the world. You'll be working from home, which means you'll have the flexibility to work in a comfortable and productive environment. You'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in training programs to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service policies

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in training programs to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service policies
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the media and entertainment industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a live production environment, temporary job, or similar educational experience

  • Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing systems like Quantel
  • Understanding of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding systems, and file formats
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business)
