Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty), you'll work from home and:

• Actively listen to customers' needs and ask questions to identify their requirements.
• Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions.
• Process new and/or amended enrollments efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure customers enjoy authentic experiences by delivering expert customer service with a smile.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• An active resident license to sell Property and Casualty insurance.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (or bilingual Spanish/English).
• A patient and empathetic nature, with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
