Key Responsibilities

As an Industrial Engineering and Transportation Analyst, you'll be responsible for helping us navigate the complexities of transportation logistics. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the arenaflex Transportation Fleet with data analysis and reporting
• Consulting and communicating with managers to outline and prioritize business needs
• Integrating multiple data assets across various database platforms
• Building, creating, and maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets
• Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a transportation or logistics setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables and macros
• Experience with Microsoft Access, including database design and development
• Strong typing and 10-key skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity
• A background in industrial engineering, transportation, or a related field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics software
• Certification in industrial engineering, transportation, or a related field
• Experience with data mining and predictive analytics
