Responsibilities

As an Entry-level Data Entry Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting data accurately and efficiently from various sources into our database, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Maintaining and updating database records, verifying and cross-checking data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Performing regular data quality checks and addressing any discrepancies, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Generating and formatting reports as required, organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval and analysis.
  • Assisting with data collection and entry for special projects, collaborating with team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Adhering to data entry guidelines and procedures, identifying and correcting data entry errors promptly.
  • Responding to data-related inquiries from team members and management, contributing to the improvement of data entry processes.
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, supporting other administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Participating in training and development opportunities, staying up-to-date with the latest software and tools.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
