Overview
We are seeking an experienced Remote Property Manager to oversee short-term rental operations across platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. This role focuses on ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, optimising performance, and delivering high-quality guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage listings across Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms
- Optimize pricing, availability, and booking performance
- Handle guest communication from inquiry to post-stay
- Oversee end-to-end rental operations and workflows
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience managing short-term rental properties
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, calendar management, and booking systems
- Familiarity with tools such as Guesty or Smoobu (preferred)
- Knowledge of international short-term rental regulations
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
