The Role

As a live chat operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and engagement through our website and social media channels. Your primary goal will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized solutions that meet their needs. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills will be the key to delivering an unforgettable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages on arenaflex's website and social media accounts in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to meet their needs
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection

  • Basic English writing skills (we'll provide full training on arenaflex's platform and procedures)
