Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Remote Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods/tools
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Qualifications
