Job Summary:

arenaflex is currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our expanding remote customer service team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, and email channels. If you're passionate about providing top-notch service, resolving customer complaints, and meeting or exceeding defined service level goals, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

* Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Providing accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues or concerns
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the system
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries
  • Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Key Performance Indicators:

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score
  • Average Handling Time (AHT)
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Qualifications:

* Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with basic software applications
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
