Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Remote Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through email, chat, and phone communications. Your key responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods/tools.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Remote Customer Experience Advisor, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
