Chief of Staff (Strategic Initiatives Associate)

Remote · USA Full-time New today

A privately held, rapidly growing, and forward-thinking wealth management advisory firm serving ultra-high-net-worth clients is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and intellectually curious Strategic Initiatives Associate to partner closely with the Chief Marketing Officer in driving key marketing and business priorities. The firm is widely recognized as an industry leader, with a national presence and a strong trajectory of continued growth. This is NOT a traditional administrative role—it is a high-impact, force-multiplier position designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy and execution. This role sits at the center of the firm’s growth, brand evolution, and client experience transformation, offering meaningful exposure and the opportunity to make a visible impact. Position REQUIRES a bachelor’s degree and brings 3–5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive in a role such as Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar. You have demonstrated experience managing marketing and creative initiatives, and are comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies. You are detail-oriented, resourceful, and take ownership—someone who anticipates needs, solves problems, and elevates the work of those around you. Salary 90K plus bonus, comprehensive benefits. Fully remote in the U.S. (with option to work in any office location if preferred), opportunity for professional development and growth! RESPONSIBILITES: Executive Enablement & Prioritization

  • Synthesize information across conversations and workstreams into clear actions
  • Maintain visibility into interdependencies across projects

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3 - 5+ years of relevant professional experience supporting senior executives in an executive assistant, chief of staff, executive support, or strategy role
  • Experience with the management of marketing and creative initiatives, and working with creative teams and outside agencies.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, and complex environment
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus
