Key Responsibilities

### Shipping and Logistics Support

  • Ensure accurate and timely shipping of orders

### Exceptional Customer Support

  • Provide top-notch customer service through phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Proactively manage customer expectations and ensure their satisfaction

Qualifications
