Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions

• Design and implement data instrumentation, dashboard/report building, and metrics surveys to support business decision-making
• Work with technical and non-technical team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data-driven insights are actionable and impactful
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and present findings to senior leadership
• Develop and operationalize data pipelines to provide real-time insights and automated reporting tools
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data-driven innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)

• 3+ years of experience in a business intelligence or analytics role, preferably in a consumer-facing web business or high-growth product company
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience with data analysis and communication, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining KPIs for business success
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data sets and identify actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with functional excellence, defining metrics, and analysis reporting

• Experience working with software development and functional event data
• Familiarity with AI techniques, such as regression, decision trees, and neural networks
• Passion for online communities, gaming, and arenaflex
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
