Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers through live chat messages on their websites or social media accounts. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering customer questions and providing accurate information
  • Offering sales links and discounts to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Working independently to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in your work

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (such as a phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (optional)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (such as customer service or communications) preferred
