arenaflex Customer Solutions Sales teams are dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and providing tailored advertising solutions to drive business success. Our Mid-Market Sales team is a growth engine for clients in arenaflex, working closely with company owners to understand their business goals and develop strategies to achieve them. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, building long-term relationships and driving growth through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Executive on our Mid-Market Sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
  • Structuring a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients, and leading a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Planning for and achieving growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products and solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals.
  • Developing forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Building an in-depth knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing or digital media/advertising sales.
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to achieve goals to drive growth.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
  • Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.

  • Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions.
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g. product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas).
  • Experience working with small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

Compensation and Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
