  • Handle and resolve visitor concerns or issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of visitor areas, including reception and waiting areas.
  • Monitor and update visitor databases, keeping track of visitor statistics, feedback, and preferences.
  • Proactively seek feedback from visitors to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Assist in creating and updating informational materials for visitors, such as brochures and guides.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and attractions to enhance visitor engagement.
