The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers across various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media. You will work with popular e-commerce brands, handling tickets of all tiers, and providing timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries. Some clients may require phone support, so excellent communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service over the phone are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer service tickets in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality responses and a positive customer experience

  • Provide support across various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media
  • Work with popular e-commerce brands, handling tickets of all tiers
  • Utilize client-specific platforms, such as Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, which we will provide training for (Experience preferred but not required)
  • Perform basic administrative tasks as required by clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as needed

What We Look For:

* Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally

  • Some experience in customer-facing roles (not required to be customer service specifically)
  • Interest in the e-commerce space and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to answer multiple inquiries across various channels, including email, Instagram, live chat, etc.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to people and be empathetic
  • Ability to work within US time zones (PST, CST, EST)
