Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You'll provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies, and resolve customer issues efficiently and to their satisfaction.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Proven customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and internet navigation
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Education & Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent is required

  • Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Training will be provided to ensure you have the tools and knowledge required for success

Restrictions

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Must pass a background check
  • Availability to attend mandatory training sessions
