Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our passengers. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information. You'll also assist customers in making reservations, changes, and cancellations, and address and resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
