Job Summary

We're looking for experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our Remote Pharmacy Support Team. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing prescription orders, handling billing questions, and troubleshooting customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with their pharmacy-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Processing prescription orders and handling billing questions
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Upselling additional services or products when appropriate
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Staying updated on arenaflex policies, procedures, and offerings

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
