Job Description

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and solutions to their inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our systems for continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to enhance the customer experience

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in using chat platforms and other customer service software
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
