Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing and resolving their inquiries promptly and professionally. Your ability to provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively, and problem-solve will be integral to your success in this role. You will interact directly with our customers, addressing their questions, complaints, and concerns through various communication channels.
