Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions to customer issues, and documenting and updating customer records based on interactions. You'll also be expected to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent
