Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues promptly and accurately, and providing information on products, services, and policies. Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a reliable internet connection and access to a quiet, distraction-free work environment
