Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with booking, changing, and canceling flights, providing information about flight schedules, fares, and policies, and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
