Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members and providers, addressing their inquiries, and providing timely resolutions. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members and providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize computer systems to document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain a high level of web camera visibility to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues and supervisors
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, healthcare, and technology
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service delivery

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on healthcare or a related industry; call center experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions
• Basic knowledge of personal computers, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Strong reading comprehension and writing skills, with the ability to understand and interpret complex information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with healthcare insurance, billing, or claims processing

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technology systems
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30-35 wpm
• Ability to work in a remote environment, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
