What We Offer * Competitive Pay: $17.00 per hour * Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick Time, 401(k) with match, and more * Growth Opportunity and Career Advancement: We believe in investing in our employees' growth and development * Agile and Adaptable Team Culture: Our team is passionate about innovation and collaboration * Innovative and Revolutionary Technology Solutions: We're at the forefront of care-at-home technology * A Higher Calling to Provide Quality Patient Care: We're dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences Key Responsibilities * Be the Voice of arenaflex: Handle a wide range of calls (inbound and outbound) that include order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance, or changes in service * Provide Expert Assistance: Act as a liaison between patients/care-givers, business clients, drivers, and operations * Promote Health and Wellness: Help guide our patients through their healthcare journey, offering resources and information to ensure they get the very best care * Document Interactions: Keep accurate records of customer communications, ensuring all details are logged and tracked for follow-up or reporting purposes Requirements * High School Diploma or GED required * Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle each call with professionalism even in a high-stress situation * Flexible Schedule: Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation is a must * Bi-lingual (Spanish) would be a plus but is not required * Ability to Operate in a High Volume, Fast-Paced Work Environment: Adherence to established metrics is essential * Reliable Internet Connectivity: Not a mobile hotspot * Experience Operating in a Similar Remote Capacity: Preferred Why Our Customer Service Representatives are So Important Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and family members, and play a critical role in shaping their overall experience. By handling concerns with empathy and efficiency, you will directly impact customer satisfaction and help arenaflex deliver the highest quality services.
