Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key player in our customer care team, you'll be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries with professionalism and care. You'll deliver accurate information on flight schedules, policies, and travel procedures, assist passengers with reservations, and resolve customer concerns with empathy. Key Responsibilities

* Efficiently manage inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries with professionalism and care.

  • Deliver accurate information on flight schedules, policies, and travel procedures.
  • Assist passengers with reservations—booking, modifying, and cancellations—ensuring smooth travel experiences.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy, focusing on finding solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions with precision to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues, ensuring timely and thorough resolutions.

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or airline industry.

  • Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations with ease.
  • Tech-savvy—proficient in CRM systems, email management, and other relevant software tools.
