The Role
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
- Managing the notices in the different job portals with which we work and evaluating the candidates that apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches
- Develop and implement new strategies for identifying candidates
- Analyze and improve current processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage job portal notices and evaluate candidate applications
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our searches

Essential Qualifications
