Key Responsibilities

As a live chat support specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing online support to customers via live chat, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshooting customer issues according to established procedures
  • Documenting problems, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference
  • Collaborating with supervisors to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Working independently to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective issue resolution

What You'll Be Doing

Imagine being the first point of contact for customers who visit our website seeking assistance. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. With access to a comprehensive knowledge base and a supervisor who's always available to lend a hand, you'll be empowered to make a real difference in our customers' lives.

Contract Length and Rate

* Contract length: No fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour

Skills and Background

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
  • A reliable internet connection
  • 20+ hours of availability per week
  • The ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Hours and Location

* Hours per week: 20 – 40 hours per week

  • Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
