The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist on our arenaflex team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients in Lithuania and Russia. You'll be responsible for providing technical and non-technical assistance to customers, resolving their inquiries efficiently, and ensuring that they receive the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing technical and non-technical assistance to customers

  • Develop efficient and satisfying solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Treat customers with respect, following arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training and coaching programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (not required but a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role or industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A full-time job with various shifts from Monday to Friday, between 09:00-19:00
  • An hourly rate of 8.03€ to 8.56€ (during trial period and after)

Working Hours
