Job Overview

The Data Entry Specialist will work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
