Job Summary

As a part-time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences through various communication channels. Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Active P&C Insurance License: A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is mandatory.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience at a major insurance carrier is preferred, but not required.
  • Remote Work Experience: Prior experience working in a fully remote environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Dedicated Workspace: A dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment.
  • Availability: Availability to work during EST standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
