We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of teacher pension data. Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating teacher pension data into our company's database, ensuring all information is current and correct.
  • Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
  • Maintaining and updating existing data records, ensuring all information is current and correct.
  • Generating and distributing reports as required by management, using your analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Ensuring all data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations, maintaining the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Maintaining thorough documentation of all data processing activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry or data processing, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with database management systems is highly desirable.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
