Key Responsibilities

As a Manager Operations Process - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for:

  • Analyzing complex problems and communicating effective solutions to the team and field teams
  • Developing and implementing process improvements that drive value to our stores' bottom line
  • Managing day-to-day processes, creating project work plans, and driving core store operations projects
  • Identifying and resolving issues and roadblocks related to your area of responsibility
  • Responding proactively to unanticipated store needs, managing action steps, and ensuring successful execution of strategic projects and initiatives
  • Building strong partnerships with field teams, communicating effectively, and delivering high-level insights and recommendations based on industry and business analyses
  • Providing guidance and training to support team members, collaborating on findings, and making verbal and written recommendations
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of specific operations and processes within store operations

Direct Manager/Direct Reports

As a Manager Operations Process - Customer Experience, you'll lead a team of 2-5 Business Analysts, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development. You'll work closely with your team to analyze situations, make conclusions, and determine priorities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Travel Requirements

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional travel required for meetings and training sessions. Overnight travel is expected to be less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements

This role requires a comfortable working environment, with frequent opportunities to move about and minimal physical demands. You'll spend most of your time sitting in a comfortable position, with occasional need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions

As a remote employee, you'll work in a comfortable indoor area, with minimal distractions and a high level of autonomy. You'll be expected to work under constant pressure to meet tight deadlines, demanding quotas, and challenging situations.

Minimum Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* PMI certification preferred

  • 3 years of retail experience or process management in a related area

* Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job

  • Strong quantitative skills, including statistics and data analysis
