Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Guest Relations Specialist to join our arenaflex team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a virtual assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, leveraging AI-powered tools to deliver personalized experiences, and collaborating with our operations team to ensure seamless execution. Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Relations Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Guest Relations

+ Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus + Leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers + Must have deep familiarity leveraging ChatGPT + Comfortable speaking English on the phone and using a VoiP to communicate with guests and vendors + Screen potential guests and provide support for guests/resolving guest issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate/escalate issues to management via Slack + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms

Company Tasks

+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems + Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in guest services, customer support, or a related field

  • Proficient in English with perfect grammar and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
  • Deep familiarity with leveraging ChatGPT
  • Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with AI-powered tools and chatbots

  • Familiarity with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield
  • Knowledge of business financials/accounting and experience with accounting systems
  • Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
