Job Summary

As an Operations Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat on our clients' websites, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. With no experience required, we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. You'll work independently, using your own device to access our clients' websites and respond to customer messages. Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose your own hours, ensuring a perfect balance between work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat on our clients' websites

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
  • Utilize provided common questions and answers to ensure exceptional service
  • Work independently, using your own device to access our clients' websites and respond to customer messages
  • Log in and out of the system at the start and end of each shift
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 5+ hours availability per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience (not required, but a plus)
