Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Part-Time Customer Advisor to join our team in North Tyneside. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers over the phone, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical knowledge and customer support skills

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or sales environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a technical or sales environment, with a strong understanding of technology and customer needs

  • Previous experience in a customer support or advisory role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
