Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our claims coordination team, including data entry, follow-up on missing information, and review of invoices for accuracy
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our claims management systems
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6-12 months of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a claims coordination or insurance-related field

  • Knowledge of claims management systems and software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
